More Birthday Celebrating!

We continued the birthday party February 6th in Emporia. Double the celebration with twin bro Gregg, Carey Ann, Tom and Betty.

Big Birthday Celebration!

We celebrated Jeff's 60th birthday January 30-February 1. We hosted our dinner group on Friday evening. On Saturday all of the kids and grandkids were here as well as Jeff & Janice's parents. We had a birthday lunch and enjoyed the afternoon together before going to the Lord's Diner to serve dinner. On Sunday we hosted our Super Bowl party. It was a great weekend with lots of friend and family time.

The kids gave Jeff a basket with different items that reminded them of things they had done with him. He had to guess what each item represented. Fun and thoughtful!

The Lord's Diner

Thirteen of our family served dinner at The Lord's Diner. The diner serves an evening meal to the homeless every day. All of our children and grandchildren and both Jeff & Janice's parents participated. The dinner was sponsored in celebration of Jeff's birthday. In picture: Harper, Josh, Jeana, Jeff, Jason

35th Wedding Anniversary

Jeff and I celebrated our 35th anniversary January 4th. Below is a pic from 1973 and a remake. Time flies when you're having fun!

Christmas

We celebrated Christmas the weekend before with all of our family and Janice's brother and family. The group picture is Janice's parents with all of the grandchildren and great grandchildren. We had a great time together!

Christmas Eve 2008

Jeana, Josh and Harper and Jill and Brad spent Christmas with the inlaws this year. We celebrated our Christmas when they were in town the weekend before. We still had a wonderful Christmas eve dinner and went to church services with Mom, Dad and Jason.
