We MADE Taylor and Alexus go bowling! I think maybe they enjoyed it a little! We did the go carts too and that really was fun. Grandpa was the winner in bowling.

We went to Kansas City for an AIA conference where Jeff could get continuing ed points. We stayed at the Overland Park Sheraton. Great hotel. While there we got to see Jeana, Josh, Harper & Kelley. Josh planned a surprise birthday dinner for Jeana.

Family Fun!

Mike, Cindy, Kristen, Nathan, Ellery, Price and Paige were here for the weekend. What fun to have the cousins and second cousins together! Jeana & Harper, Jill & Brad, Jason, Taylor & Alexus and Mom and Dad were all here. Lots of talk, laughter and sharing as the newest members of the family got to know each other.

Kansas City Fun!

We enjoyed a last minute trip to Kansas City. We stayed at the Crown Center and had a great meal at the American Restaurant. We visited the Negro Baseball League Hall of Fame and the Jazz Museum. There was lots going on at the Crown Center with the Irish Festival!

Harper's Big Adventure!

Harper spent the weekend while Mommy and Daddy went to play with Aunt Jill and Uncle Brad in Oklahoma!

Trip to Santa Fe

We got to enjoy five days in Santa Fe. One of our favorite places. We stayed at the Inn on the Alameda which was where we stayed the first time we went to Santa Fe. We enjoyed an evening at the Inn of the Anasazi and of course a day of wandering Canyon Road and enjoying the art. We especially enjoyed several evenings on the patio at La Posado. A trip to Santa Fe would not be complete without stopping in at Vanesse's piano bar.
